Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns. If you have any issues with an order, please contact me at hello@teddyandbeesstationery.com.

Do you illustrate your own designs?

As a graphic designer, I design and bring to life original designs using a variety of curated images, texts and colors. However, I am not currently an illustrator, and I do not claim ownership to the rights of the individual assets or characters used in my designs. All copyrights and trademarks of these components belong to their respective owners.

Did you study graphic design/do you have a degree in graphic design?

No, I actually have a bachelors degree in Economics and Political Science! I’ve always loved design though and am a self-taught graphic designer. I have learned and continue to learn a lot of what I know through experimenting and good old YouTube videos!


SHIPPING

What are my shipping options?

To help keep shipping cost low and as eco-conscious as possible, I offer USPS First Class letter mail (no tracking) for domestic U.S. orders for STICKER ORDERS and SINGLE GREETING CARD/WAX SEAL ORDERS. These orders are sent in stamped envelopes via regular mail.

Tracking is available for orders containing large shipment quantities and items. These orders are sent in padded/rigid mailers.

Shipping options are automatically applied at checkout and depend on the contents and weight of your combined order.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, please be aware of the following expected delivery times:

  • For Domestic U.S. orders: 1-2 week delivery

  • For International orders: I do not currently ship outside of the U.S., but I hope to do so one day soon! Please join our newsletter for the latest on shipping, products and fun blog inspo.

Kindly note that as a seller I am not responsible for shipping delays once in USPS/carrier possession.

I have a problem with my order. What do I do?

If you have any issues with an order, please contact me at hello@teddyandbeesstationery.com, so I can assess the situation and resolve the issue. Please include the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Order Issue (if product arrived damaged, please include pictures of damage)

  • Preferred E-mail Address for contacting you

Why doesn’t my order include sales tax?

I collect and remit taxes in the states where I have economic nexus. Currently, this includes Nevada—where Teddy & Bees Stationery is located. If sales tax was not collected on your order, it is because the order is shipping to a state where I do not have economic nexus.

Do you ship internationally or just in the U.S.?

I dream of the day when I can ship my whimsy designs internationally. However, as a small shop just starting out, I currently only offer shipping to and from the United States.
